Our submission period is open from May 1st through July 31st.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
These are suggestions, only, not a requirement for submission:
- Please read your work before you submit it.
- Join a critique group like Critique Circle.
- Have your work professionally edited.
- Join a professional group, like SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators).
- If you have any "ly" adverbs in the first three chapters, please do not even submit your manuscript to us. Replace the adverb usage with a stronger verb. An example of a "ly" adverb is the word "professionally" .
- If you are "telling the story", rather than showing the story, don't send it.

- Send a query, synopsis, plus cover letter to the above URL.
- Paste all information into the body of your email.
- Paste the first three chapters of you manuscript.
- For children's fairy tales, paste the entire story.
- Include a detailed marketing plan in your query.
- We do not open attachments!
HOW WE WORK
We try to respond to every manuscript we receive in a timely fashion.
Once contracted, we commit our resources to our author. Our total focus is the successful sale of her/his book. However, we expect our authors to market and promote, also.
We promote an author with standard industry tools, as well as, innovative marketing techniques.
